Creating dedicated environments like special economic zones, innovation parks, and incubators is a widespread approach to fostering the growth of tech enterprises across numerous countries. In Ukraine, this concept has materialized through the initiative of the Ministry of Digital Transformation known as Diia.City. This initiative has established a unique tax and legal space tailored for the IT sector, already accommodating more than 600 Ukrainian and international companies.

During the event, representatives from the government, leading Ukrainian companies, and the European innovation sector will delve into discussions concerning the precise requirements of Ukrainian IT companies to ensure a conducive environment for productivity and expansion. Additionally, the discourse will explore the feasibility of turning Ukraine into a powerful IT hub, even in the face of challenging circumstances like wartime.
