At the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, Tetiana is responsible for the development and implementation of labour and employment policy. Her tasks include reforming the labour sector, creating jobs, fighting unemployment, engaging in entrepreneurship, closing the gender pay gap and returning forced migrants from abroad. Prior to this, Tetiana was a highly regarded lawyer and attorney with 11 years of experience in taxation, commercial litigation, and GR, as well as significant expertise in IT, retail, agriculture, and tobacco.
