In 2018–2019, he was an adviser to the First Deputy, and then Minister of Finance of Ukraine. Participated in the institutionalization of the Investment Promotion Office “UkraineInvest” and the Ukrainian Startup Fund.
As the director of the Office for the Administration of International Financial Cooperation Projects under the Ministry of Finance, he developed the mechanism of state portfolio guarantees and the “Affordable Loans 5-7-9” program.
Since November 2020, he has been сhairing the Board of the Export-Credit Agency, initiating its “reboot” and further transformation into one of the most effective exporters’ support institutions in Ukraine.
