Ivan Altsybieiev
COO/CPO and Co-founder Reface
Ivan has 13 years of an enterprise experience: from running his own bar to a hardware startup. Ivan started his first business when he was 19 years old. At the age of 22 he founded his own digital agency CHESSEBANANA (100+ launched projects). And when Ivan turned 25 he became a co-founder and Head of Product of an automotive hardware startup Finova. Ivan worked in the USA, and he has experience in marketing and communications.
Ivan became a co-founder and CPO Reface (Reflect at the time). Together with the team he created and embodied the app concept – it all came from one idea to 100M downloads and the top of the US App Store. Currently Ivan combines two roles (COO + CPO), he is responsible for a product strategy, a company culture and a global Reface brand.
