For 10 years he worked in the banking sector. In 2015 he joined OLX Ukraine and for the last 6 years he has been watching every day how thousands of entrepreneurs successfully start their business on OLX. He began his career as the head of OLX Real Estate – a category that was and remains the market leader. As Head of B2B Unit Department, has built efficient business processes and a strong team that provides personal support to small and medium businesses and professional sellers who run their businesses on OLX platform. He knows everything about the challenges business clients face during a pandemic.

Igor currently manages OLX’s customer service department in Ukraine and Central Asia, which consists of two departments: B2B Unit and Customer Support with more than 250 employees in the team. Under his leadership, the department has become a strong link that collects and transmits information about customer needs to other teams. This often becomes the basis for making decisions that are important and necessary for business users.
